We ordered burgers with chips tonight and oh my word! Probably the best burger we’ve had in a long while. We were pleasantly surprised with everything… the taste, the texture, presentation and the quantity. I can’t really see myself having a burger anywhere else now. Planning on the same but with cheese and bacon on the weekend!

Delivery from Spicy Mix is ALWAYS late!! I’m still waiting for my meal tonight. Very disappointing please get your act together!!!

Excellent food from King Grill as always, quick delivery and the driver was lovely

Ordered food corma didnt like the smell off it or taste so called up for driver to collect the food and get a refund sent driver no cash shocking. Service after manager said driver was sent with refund food was shocking corma was runny and like water chicken was cold and like water never again

Very bad customer service I am one of their partner it’s been three months they held my payment. Tried to call him more than 200 time but no one resolve my issue yet

Ordered a takeaway what was uncooked an non edible arrived super late an was given abuse by the take away called multiple horrible names an threatened to come to my address Foodhub has been no help refusing me my refund aswell as telling me to re contact the takeaway the fact they want one of there customers to be abused again is disgusting an to insult me furthur they offer a £3 coupon for my inconvenience taken furthur with trading standards bank an police

Ordered from a local takeaway only for it to be delivered to our neighbors house instead of ours. Our neighbor brought it round after trying many houses to try and find out who’s order it was so food was freezing by the time we received this. Take away wouldn’t answer the phone and foodhub just basically said no it was delivered to you and won’t help or refund the food even though it went in the bin. Will stick with the likes of just eat from now on at least they sort an issue out unlike these jokers.

i ordered food it said 45 mins didnt arrive so started making something in just sat down to eat it and then it turned up waited 1 and a half hour for food rediclulous wont be ordering from here again

Ordered from foodhub with yummies restaurant and not for first time foodhub take money and yummies don't resend till I contact support and ho eventually get refund sorted which takes 3 days...no apology and no compensation...pathetic s tvice again from foodhub with a restaurant that I think doesn't even exist!! Crap service avoid th m like plague...they just Rob your money for 3 days...Useless!!

Ordered from bluebell yesterday, food was terrible and ridiculously expensive!. My son's salt and pepper chicken had no flavor and the box was mostly filled with onions!!£8.80. Chips were soggy£4.50.
My special fried rice had three pieces of over cooked meat on it £9.50. Disgusting! Never ordering from here again. ?

Food hub have confirmed to me that the shops on the website can remove any reviews they get that they don’t like… this means the rating system is completely useless and if you see a takeaway with good reviews, there could be thousands more negative ones..

Absolutely unprofessional.
Keep taking money from my account, putting my mytakeaway balance into minus, ive barely been with them a week and had to phone daily with issues. Customer support is disgraceful.
